Traditional primary care physicians often care for thousands of patients, making it difficult to provide the time, access, and continuity that many patients want. Concierge medicine allows physicians to care for a smaller number of patients, creating the opportunity for a more personal and proactive approach to healthcare.
Dr. Rosenberg’s patients benefit from longer appointments, direct physician access, same-day or next-day visits when needed, and comprehensive preventive care. Most importantly, concierge medicine allows for the kind of enduring physician-patient relationship that helps patients feel known, supported, and confident in their healthcare decisions.

The membership fee is not covered by insurance. However, patients may be able to use funds from a Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA), depending on their individual plan.
Although Dr. Rosenberg does not participate directly with insurance plans, patients may continue to use their health insurance for specialist visits, laboratory testing, imaging studies, hospital care, and other services outside the practice. We can provide documentation for office visits that patients may submit to their insurance carrier for possible reimbursement, subject to the terms of their plan.

One of the key benefits of concierge medicine is enhanced physician access. During office hours, our team is available to answer calls directly and assist with scheduling, questions, and medical concerns.
For urgent after-hours needs, an on-call physician is always available. Patients also have direct communication options for non-urgent questions, providing peace of mind and continuity of care beyond traditional office hours.

When specialty care, imaging, or additional testing is needed, we will help coordinate your care and connect you with trusted specialists based on your medical needs and preferences.
Patients may continue to use their existing health insurance for these services. We work closely with specialists and other healthcare providers to ensure seamless communication and coordinated care, helping you navigate the healthcare system with confidence.

In the event of a medical emergency, always call 911 or go directly to the nearest emergency room.
Once emergency care is underway, Dr. Rosenberg can communicate with the emergency team, provide relevant medical history, and help coordinate follow-up care. While emergencies require immediate treatment, we remain available to support you throughout your recovery and ongoing care.
